Philnetsolution.com is a proudly Filipino-owned remote agency dedicated to helping Filipino remote professionals find meaningful work-from-home opportunities while offering Global and US-based businesses access to world-class, cost-effective talent.

Founded by two Filipinos remote worker with over 15 years of experience, our mission began with one laptop, one internet connection, and a dream: to help others work from home and build sustainable careers.

As someone who has worked remotely for more than a decade—juggling roles in virtual assistance, customer service, digital marketing, and online operations—We know firsthand the power and potential of Filipino remote professionals.

Philnetsolution.com was born out of a desire to give back and build a bridge between hardworking Filipino freelancers and international companies seeking top-tier remote talent at a fraction of the cost.

When we began searching for solutions, we quickly realized that no company offered a model we could truly scale with.

Platforms like Fiverr and Upwork only provided access to fractional workers who weren’t fully invested, while traditional BPOs prevented us from building a team that aligned with our culture and processes.

Determined to find a better way, we began hiring and managing our own team abroad—eventually growing to 64 employees.

Today, with labor challenges in the U.S. more pressing than ever, the infrastructure we’ve built at PhilnetSolution has become an invaluable asset for businesses looking to scale effectively.
